One key difference is the delicate White Tea leaves used in the creation of Dragon Pearls, with even at a glance greater care taken in the rolling process with each ball being perfectly round. These White Tea leaves are similar or the same as high grade young Silver Needle as evidenced by the tiny white hairs, rather than your usual white tea leaves.
Even after lengthy periods of steeping times this tea hardly becomes bitter due to the quality of leaves and is one of the easiest teas to impress a crowd on special occasions.

- Add 3-5 balls to strainer in 80c water. Strainer is fairly optional as leaves will tend to stay at the bottom.
- Steep for 2-3 minutes with the cup covered.
