Brewing
1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup is great for this tea, with boiled water and a steeping time of 3-5 minutes.

Calming and sleep support: Passionflower & chamomile traditionally help with nervous tension, restlessness and sleep quality.
Digestive comfort: Peppermint and lemongrass act as carminatives to relieve bloating, gas, mild cramping and post-meal pain.
