Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Ensure the tea is in its original packaging; for food safety reasons, only unopened pouches are eligible for a full refund unless the product is defective.

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
