Considered the floral, silky, sweet cousin to green and black tea, Oolong Iron Goddess sits somewhere in between. It is a tea with cultural history, sometimes served in tea ceremonies, and appreciated for its complex poise.

Brewing Instructions

Use 1 teaspoon per 250ml cup.

Soak water at about 90degC (just off boiling).

The first infusion should be steeped for 2-3 minutes.

Re-steep up to 5-7 times, increasing steep time by 30 seconds each round.

Each infusion reveals more flavour, so it is quite a rewarding tea.

Cautionary Notes
